Payments Terms

Payment Terms – Agapè LightCodes Website
These payment terms apply to all services offered by Agapè LightCodes on the Agapè LightCodes website.

1. General
1.1. By using our services, you agree to these payment terms.
1.2. All prices are listed in the currency (euro) as indicated on the website and include taxes, unless stated otherwise.

2. Payment for LightCode Art and Other Creations
2.1. The listed prices apply to the purchase of LightCode Art and other creations on the website.
2.2. Payment must be made in full prior to the delivery of the LightCode Art or other creations, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Payment for Commissioned LightCode Art and Other Custom Creations
3.1. A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of any commissioned work.
3.2. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion and approval of the custom artwork.

4. Payment for Workshops & Coaching
4.1. Full payment is required prior to participating in a workshop or session, unless otherwise stated or agreed.
4.2. In case of cancellation by the participant, the cancellation policy applies as specified below (see bottom of this page).

5. Invoicing and Payment Terms
5.1. Invoices are provided digitally upon request, unless stated otherwise.
5.2. Payment terms are indicated on the invoice. In case of late payment, Agapè LightCodes may suspend further delivery of services.

6. Payment Methods
6.1. Payments can be made via the payment methods indicated on the website.
6.2. Agapè LightCodes reserves the right to add new payment methods or change existing ones.

 

7. Refunds
7.1. Refunds are only processed in accordance with the return and refund policy of Agapè LightCodes (see bottom of this page).

 

8. Changes to Payment Terms
8.1. Agapè LightCodes reserves the right to modify these payment terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.

Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy – Agapè LightCodes Website
This policy applies to all services and products offered by Agapè LightCodes on the Agapè LightCodes website.

1. Cancellation of LightCode Art & Other Artworks
1.1. Commissioned Artworks:

  • Cancellation is possible within 14 days of placing the order, with the deposit eligible for a refund.

  • After this period, the deposit is non-refundable.

1.2. Other Artworks:

  • Cancellation is possible before the artwork has been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.

 

2. Cancellation of Workshops and Coaching
2.1. Workshops:

  • Cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the start of a workshop for a full refund.

  • No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop.

2.2. Coaching Sessions:

  • Cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the session for a full refund.

  • No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the session.

 

3. Return of Artworks
3.1. Damaged Artworks:

  • In the event of receiving a damaged artwork, please report it within 2 days of receipt, including photo evidence.

  • Agapè LightCodes will assess whether a return and refund are applicable.

3.2. Returns Without Damage:

  • Returning undamaged artworks is only possible within 7 days of receipt.

  • The client is responsible for return shipping and any associated costs.

 

4. Refunds
4.1. General Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 days after receipt and approval of the cancellation or return.

 

5. Exceptions
5.1. Force Majeure:

  • In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances, Agapè LightCodes may, at its discretion, make exceptions to this policy.
